Stage Directions for a Missing Self is a small experimental zine combining illustration, script-like dialogue, and blackout poetry.

Using photographs documenting childhood memories, the artist uses mold as a visual language to describe the gaps in memories from dissociation, fragmented thinking, and the strange persistence of presence even when recollection fails.
